In case you weren't aware of this: let me just say that going out dancing for hours when you have a sprained ankle is not a good idea.

In other news, I just got back from the club and have tons of energy. I hate it when that happens.
So dance one footed! You have an entire body minus one foot to dance with and you just have to avoid using that one foot too much. Heck, you even get to use that entire leg!

Having tried this recently, its sometimes more fun than sitting out.
I can never go straight to bed after a lively night out, it takes me ages to wind down. Hope you enjoyed your evening, despite the sprained ankle.
