Pre-training resumes

I was going to wait until Monday, but my legs felt so good that I decided to do a light run today. 2 miles in 20 minutes. I felt fine, my heart rate was only 152 BPM at the end (just about perfect for training) and to be on the safe side, I immediately used ice packs and took ibuprofen after some cooling down stretches. I think I'm back on track!

I gave T-Mobile my roommates phone number and they still haven't called him. They said they would do so within 32 hours. I can't recall exactly when I spoke with them, but I think this means that if they haven't called by tomorrow morning, they've pretty much blown their time limit.

Thanks guys! I really appreciate having no phone on Memorial Day weekend.
